Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and business partners
  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams to customize solutions for clients
  • Tracking and reporting on business development performance and success metrics
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT sector
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving growth targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, services, and innovations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software is an advantage
