FAQ
At Adroit, you can be a contractor or an employee, everyone is treated equally and receives the same perks.
English C1 is required for most projects. Hungarian language is also strongly preferred.
Everyone is encouraged to advance their career at Adroit. Bi-yearly you can take a Developer Level-Up Interview (DLA), where you have the opportunity to level up in seniority. Your growth is rewarded with a salary increase corresponding to our company salary guide.
We ensure smooth internal communication through Slack, Discord, and Google Meets. We organize several (non-mandatory) events like meetups, online/offline team buildings, and workaway trips.
Knowledge of multiple technology stacks/languages is a huge plus but not a requirement. However, you can expect to work with multiple technologies in the long run so it’s encouraged to be open for new things in the future.
Adroit has dedicated QA testers and engineers, so developers are not expected to act as qualified testers or QA engineers. However, they are required to write automated tests for the code they create and maintain.
