Adroit is entering an exciting new chapter — we’re reimagining our brand, rebuilding our website, and showing up with more intention than ever before. As our content focused marketing manager, you'll own roughly 80% of our content output: interviewing our leaders and developers, shaping our voice, and making sure every piece of content works.
What you'll do:
- Write ~80% of Adroit's content — LinkedIn posts, carousels, case studies, technical deep-dives, and thought leadership pieces (in English)
- Interview leaders, developers and engineers to extract stories and turn them into compelling content
- Own the content repurposing chain
- Maintain the overall content strategy and editorial calendar
- Co-own the monthly analytics review (what performed, why)
- Coordinate website content update — case studies, positioning, blog posts — with design and dev
What you'll bring:
Must-have
- 3+ years in tech marketing, content writing, or editorial roles
- Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent voice across formats
- Genuine affinity for IT and AI topics (you don't need to code, but you need to get it)
- Experience repurposing content across channels (one piece → multiple formats)
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-have
- Experience interviewing technical audiences (developers, engineers)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and what performs in B2B tech
- Background in software development marketing or something similar
- Basic video editing skills
