IT Delivery Manager

Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and development teams to define project scopes that are feasible and profitable.
• Ensure that development goals align with sales targets.
• Navigate and manage upsales and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Develop strategies to handle corporate dynamics effectively.
• Lead and drive projects by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks. Handle crises efficiently to minimize impact on project timelines and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, provide feedback on proposals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects. Ensure that all processes, decisions, and changes are well-documented and communicated.
• Oversee and support Project Managers. Ensure that all PMs are aligned with project goals and timelines. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Maintain clear and assertive communication with all stakeholders. Ensure that expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong coding and development background. Experience in solution architecture and delivery leadership is essential.
• Strong understanding of development processes and technologies such as APIs, web and mobile technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English. Ability to mediate conflicts and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficient in creating detailed and comprehensive documentation
• Experience in navigating and managing corporate politics. Ability to drive upsales through effective delivery processes.
