Requirements and responsibilities


  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with the management to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates to fill open positions.
  • Assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match them to the open positions.
  • Providing recruitment reports to the management


  • At least 1-year experience
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and databases.
  • Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Is it an advantage:

  • Experience in LinkedIn sourcing
