Responsibilities:
- Looking for candidates through various channels, including online sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and attract candidates
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the current positions
- Close collaboration with the HR and Delivery team to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Propose new way of sourcing activities
- Administrative support of the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 0,5-1 years of sourcing experience
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Native Hungarian knowledge
- Active English knowledge (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and proactive attitude
An advantage, but not a requirement:
- Experience with various developer positions
- Openness to taking on the role of an IT Recruiter in the future
