Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Identifying business opportunities and generating sales leads
• Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics
• Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts
• Ensuring competitiveness by analysing and researching industry trends
• Provide after-sales support based on client requirements and feedback
• Keeping informed on the main technological advantages of the company
• Participation in IT metups and events
• Looking for new technologies and solutions to optimize personal performance
• Consulting with software developers and management on service offerings

Requirements:

• 2-4 years sales experience in the IT industry
• Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Existing experience in international sales environment
• Hunter mentality or already existing network in tech
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or IT is an advantage
• Ability to explain and demonstrate IT services and functionalities
• Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service
• Ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
• Ability to cope with management and developers about sales strategies
• In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, as well as industry trends and innovation
