Why this role exists

We're Hungary's first Anthropic partner. 25+ certified Claude Code architects, and a growing list of clients who come to us not just to build software, but to figure out what to build. That second part is where you come in.

We need someone who thinks about products. Not someone who manages the building of them — someone who has opinions about what should exist, tests those opinions fast, and changes their mind when customers prove them wrong.

If you've ever stayed up until 2am because you still had Claude credits left and an idea you couldn't put down, keep reading.

What you'll actually do

  • Turn ideas into things people can click on. You'll prototype with AI models — Claude, mostly — and ship rough, working versions of product ideas in days, not quarters. A prototype is your argument; a slide deck is not.
  • Figure out if anyone wants it. Market research, competitor teardowns, sizing the opportunity, finding the gap. You should be able to tell us in a week whether a space is worth entering and why.
  • Talk to customers. A lot. You'll run discovery calls, watch people use what you built, and come back with a sharper version. You're comfortable hearing "I don't get it" and treating it as data.
  • Plan the product. Roadmaps, scope, sequencing, the tough calls about what not to build. You'll write the plan, defend it, and own it.
  • Care about how it looks and feels. You don't need to be a designer. You need to know the difference between a product that feels right and one that feels off, and be able to put together something decent yourself in Figma or Claude Design when there's no one else to do it.
  • Read the numbers. Simple data analysis — funnels, retention, usage patterns, survey results. You know how to ask a question of data and get an honest answer out of it.
  • Run on your own steam. Nobody here has time to hand you tickets. You'll get a direction and a problem, and we'll expect you to come back with a plan, a prototype, and a point of view.

You're a fit if

  • You've built digital products before — as a PM, founder, designer-who-shipped, engineer-who-cared-about-users, whatever the title was. You know what it feels like to put something in front of real people.
  • You use AI tools daily and have strong opinions about what they're good and bad at.
  • You've done customer discovery and can show us how it changed a product decision.
  • You can do basic quantitative analysis without needing an analyst.
  • You're proactive to the point of being slightly annoying about it.
  • You care about design and can tell good from bad, even if you couldn't produce a pixel-perfect mockup yourself.

Big plus

  • You vibecode. You've built a working app or tool with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or similar — even if you'd never call yourself a developer.
  • You have a technical background, or enough of one to read code and understand why something is hard.
  • You've built and launched a product or service on your own at some point — a side project, a failed startup, an internal tool people actually used. Show us.

You're probably not a fit if

  • Your product experience is mostly managing tickets, sprints, and status updates. That's project management; it's a valuable job, but it's not this one.
  • You've never built anything with AI tools yourself. Reading about them doesn't count.
  • You have no digital product experience.
  • You need a detailed brief and regular check-ins to make progress.

What you get

  • A front-row seat at the company that's teaching Hungarian enterprises how to actually use AI, with direct access to Anthropic's tooling and ecosystem.
  • Real autonomy over real products, from the first customer call to launch.
  • Colleagues who are as obsessed as you are, and enough Claude credits to keep you up at night.

How to apply

Don't send a CV first. Send us something you built — a prototype, a side project, a product teardown you wrote, a Loom walking through a product decision you made and why. Then tell us in a few sentences why you want to work on products at Adroit.

Send it to [email protected].
