UI Designer

Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to translate project requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Design and refine UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons, and widgets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop wireframes, custom components, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing interfaces.
• Ensure responsiveness and adaptability of designs across various devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both websites and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to visualize and test design concepts.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an agency setting, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse projects and client needs.
• Familiarity with design systems such as Material design or Tailwind UI.
